Grady Hall & The Disciples of Funk, known to get the dance floor moving with our roots in old school funk, blues, soul and a unique touch of Latin grooves. This is a band that knows how to entertain with their captivating, high-energy performances transporting audiences back in time with a blend of musical styles, creativity and good times.
You can catch The Disciples of Funk on a regular basis in Lansing at The Green Door Lounge or The Urbanbeat. The band enjoys playing an in or out of town festival and were honored to be the headliners of 2019 Michigan Bluesfest and Ft. Wayne Indiana’s famous Dia Ft. Wayne, Day of the Dead Festival. The Disciples of Funk won the Viewer’s Choice Award in the 2018 Capitol Area Blues Brawl, every performer in the band exudes a love of music and performance. The Disciples of Funk are here to deliver the power of music performing with alternating percussion players and even special guests on the horns.
